Verified hosts

Every owner on GoPlayPeak completes an ID check before their first listing is published. We verify name, address, and a government-issued ID. Verified hosts display a badge on their profile. We may also review listings for completeness and clarity.

Secure payments

All payments are processed securely through our platform — never directly to an owner. Card details are encrypted and handled by our payment provider.

Free cancellation

Cancel up to 24 hours before your pickup time for a full refund. After that window, cancellation policies may vary depending on the owner's terms.

Deposits & responsibility

Owners may require a refundable security deposit to cover potential damage. Renters are responsible for returning equipment in the same condition as received, based on the rental agreement. GoPlayPeak is a marketplace and does not provide insurance coverage for rentals.

Ratings & reviews

After each rental, both parties can leave a review. Reviews are revealed after both are submitted, or after 14 days.

Community standards

All users agree to our community guidelines. Repeated violations may result in removal from the platform.

Our role

GoPlayPeak is a marketplace that connects equipment owners and renters. Rental terms, equipment condition, and usage are agreed upon directly between users. We do not own, inspect, or insure listed equipment.
